LIME, which stands for Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations. Pandas is a fast, powerful and easy to use data analysis tool.
LIME, which stands for Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations, is a technique used in machine learning to explain the predictions of any classifier model. It is particularly useful for understanding the logic behind complex models that are often referred to as black boxes. Pandas is a fast, powerful, flexible, and easy to use open-source data analysis and manipulation tool, built on top of the Python programming language.
This image comes with all the software you need to get started with LIME and Pandas on Azure. You can simply create a new Azure VM and select this image from the marketplace.
Key features of LIME:
- Model-agnostic: It can be used to explain any classifier model, regardless of its internal workings.
- Local explanations: It provides explanations for individual predictions, rather than trying to explain the entire model at once.
- Open Source.
- Interpretable explanations: The explanations are generated using simple models that are easy for humans to understand.
< strong>Key features of Pandas:
- It provides versatile data structures and tools for efficiently handling and analyzing structured data.
- Effective for manipulating and analyzing data.
- Data Alignment: Pandas automatically aligns data based on the row and column labels, making it easy to perform operations on different datasets without worrying about alignment issues.
To check the version of LIME and Pandas, run the Windows Command Prompt as administrator and follow the steps below: i) Change the directory to C:\Limeproject by running: cd C:\Limeproject ii) Activate the virtual environment created to install LIME and Pandas by running: myenv\Scripts\activate.bat iii) To check the version of LIME: pip show lime (You will see the version as: 0.2.0.1) iv) To check the version of Pandas: pip show pandas (You will see the version as: 2.2.0)
