Unlocking Next-Generation MSP Services on Azure Marketplace

As organizations embrace digital transformation, the need for transparency, control, and flexibility from managed service providers (MSPs) continues to grow. To meet this demand, we’re launching a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform on the Azure Marketplace designed to give customers anytime access to their IT services, consumption, contracts, and support.

The solution is rolling out in two strategic phases, beginning with secure, cross-tenant access and evolving into a powerful digital command centre for service management and procurement.

Phase One: Secure Entry and Engagement

In our initial release, customers can engage by submitting contact details via the Azure Marketplace. Behind the scenes, this simple action triggers automated workflows, ensuring timely follow-up by our team.

More importantly, this release includes MFA-enabled cross-tenant authentication. Leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, customers from any Azure tenant can securely log in using their existing credentials. This provides a seamless, secure entry point and sets the foundation for broader digital service access.

Phase Two: Full-Service Self-Management

The next version of our platform introduces a suite of tools that allow customers to manage their services independently, through a secure, user-friendly interface.

• Access to Contracts
  Customers can view and download current and historical agreements, providing clarity and control over their commercial relationship.
• Support Ticket Integration
  Submit, track, and manage support tickets in real time, with updates and resolution statuses visible in a central dashboard.
• Azure Consumption Visibility
  Monitor cloud usage and costs, with visual breakdowns by service and monthly trends—helping customers optimize and forecast their spending.
• Backup Status Monitoring
  Users of our managed backup services can view protection summaries, job statuses, and recovery points at a glance.
• Billing and Invoicing
  Transparent access to consolidated billing, including service line-items, usage breakdowns, and payment tracking.
• Procurement of Services
  Customers will be able to purchase new services, bundles, and licenses directly through the portal, transforming Azure Marketplace into a truly transactional experience.

Future Enhancements

Looking ahead, we plan to expand the platform with even more advanced capabilities:

• Microsoft 365 License Management
  Purchase and manage M365 SKUs, assign licenses, and track usage and renewals—all from within the portal.
• Security Dashboards
  Gain insights into organizational security posture, threat summaries, and compliance recommendations.
• SLA Reporting
  Monitor response times, backup success rates, and uptime metrics to ensure SLAs are being met.
