Infinite i is an automated software solution for replatforming and deploying applications written for the IBM AS/400 (iSeries, Power i) to Linux on Azure without having to refactor code or modify the database. Test 12/27/2023.

The IBMi, known as the AS/400, iSeries, or Power i, was deployed horizontally across public and private organizations in all fields starting in 1988. Organizations are looking to close data centers and shift to the cloud. Azure has partnered with Infinite’s replatforming solution that recompiles RPG and COBOL programs to run natively on Linux and migrates data maintaining the same physical/logical structure. Infinite is an automated toolset and operating environment in which applications function on Azure largely as they did on the native host while taking advantage of the many cloud services Azure offers.
The Infinite on Azure offering includes an annual Software License Subscription and Professional Services to speed project completion.
