Users can create multiple agents, also known as 24/7 Virtual Operator Assistants, to simultaneously monitor enterprise data streams and surface critical incidents with contextual analysis.

Alerts are delivered directly to operators and decision-makers, providing full visibility and context. Teams can then trigger semi-autonomous workflows, taking informed actions based on the alert, such as updating dashboards, rerouting information, or escalating incidents—ensuring faster, more effective responses.
