What's Involved: 1 - Data Landscape Overview Workshop - This is an intro session to describe the migration process and get an idea of analytics pain points and the wider data landscape of your organisation 2 - Power BI Premium Capacity Assessment - We'll look at the usage and performance under your Power BI Premium capacity to identify bottlenecks and easy performance improvements to make migration smoother and improve efficiency. 3 - Data Model Benchmarking - Identifying problematic data models and running them through our suite of tools to assess against best practices, identify optimisation options, and refresh improvements.

How does it all work? Over a one-week period we conduct a detailed assessment of model performance to baseline where you are against data modelling best practice and to identify potential issues.
