ANS' Base package is ideal for Microsoft Azure customers who want a relatively low touch managed service at a lower price point. It is designed to provide industries such as ISVs with the ability to gain access to overnight break/fix style support, while ensuring response to specific incidents via Runbooks is tackled accordingly.
