Over a two-week engagement, our experts inventory your data sources (e.g., IoT, apps, logs), review ingestion patterns (Event Hubs, Stream Analytics, Fabric Eventstreams), and assess dashboarding tools and alerting mechanisms.

Through technical discovery sessions, we analyze your latency, throughput, rule-engine needs, and operational readiness. We design RTI pipelines including data routing, rule logic, Data Activator actions, webhook integrations, and Power BI real-time dashboards.

The deliverable is a comprehensive implementation blueprint: architecture diagrams, event rules catalog, dashboard UX, monitoring and alerting patterns, and security/compliance considerations. We also identify quick wins to get RTI production-ready fast.
