TTEC Digital Genomics Assessment

The TTEC Digital Genomics Launchpad combines an assessment of the current state of the organizations High Performance Computing capabilities on premises or in other Hyperscalers with deploying the foundational Azure components required to prove they are viable. There will be a formal assessment of existing on Genomics workflows to determine a migration and optimization path to running those workflows in Azure and on Azure based infrastructure. There will also be a formal assessment of current Genomics Data Warehousing capabilities, collaboration components and any application integrations that are part of the current genomics solution in place. Both of these assessments will yield a formal migration plan and prioritized backlog to take into a subsequent engagement to fully migrate and scale workflows into production. This includes the backlog itself, end state architecture, remediation activities required on existing infrastructure and a level of effort estimate with requisite skillsets required to fully move the current state environment.

To facilitate the eventual movement to production there is a full Enterprise Scale Azure Landing Zone which is deployed via Infrastructure as Code to support an immediate proof of concept of an existing workflow. To expedite this and circumvent the need to go through full organizational security certification this workflow will need to use synthetic or non-human data but will otherwise showcase the end-to-end flow from sample on premises to Azure based result landed in a data platform.
