The data we collect (including from discovery tools like Azure Migrate) creates a baseline of your IT estate, which we use to evaluate your portfolio and determine the best way to migrate or modernize each application / asset in the cloud. We then deliver a roadmap and business case for transformation leveraging Capgemini's Microsoft Azure Professional Services delivery capabilities.
