3. Data Gathering: Data is gathered, including ingesting documents, performing data analysis, and establishing a vector database.
4. Chatbot Configuration: A flow for Q&A is built using Azure OpenAI, chatbot interaction is refined for optimal responses, and MLOps is implemented for model management, serving, and data collection.
5. Front End Development: A functional chatbot is built as a stand-alone web app, ensuring that the chat functionality is user-friendly, easily accessible, and visually appealing.
6. Evaluation: Evaluation criteria are defined, and a performance evaluation procedure is provided to test the chatbot accordingly.
