What to Expect

• Weeks 1 & 2: Discovery & Design Readiness assessment workshop to align business goals. Four design workshops covering data architecture, platform strategy, governance, and modelling. Solution design, project backlog creation, and Microsoft Fabric deployment planning.

• Week 3: Data Ingestion Ingest in-scope data sources into the raw layer of the proposed platform. Supported sources include structured relational databases, flat files (CSV, Excel), SaaS APIs, Azure storage, Fabric Link, and Dataverse.

• Week 4: Data Transformation & Modelling Transform and model data in alignment with business processes and prioritised use cases. Prepare data for AI and reporting in Power BI.

• Week 5: Report Build Define reporting requirements and agree on scope. Conduct a report design workshop and build a Power BI report. Review, iterate, and enhance based on business feedback.

• Week 6: Remediation, Handover & Adoption Three-day remediation phase to fine-tune the platform. Half-day technical walkthrough to ensure your team is ready to manage the solution. One-day drop-in clinic for adoption support and final refinement
