Fabric - Azure-Powered Analytics Kickstart: 10-Day Implementation
10-day analytics setup for SMBs—includes Azure Synapse or Fabric provisioning, data modeling, and Power BI dashboard delivery
Scope of Work:
• Provision Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse. • Ingest structured data from up to 3 sources (ERP, CRM, Excel). • Transform and model data into 3–5 reusable datasets. • Develop 2 Power BI dashboards (e.g., Executive KPI, Operations). • Set up scheduled refresh and basic RBAC. • Conduct a 1-hour handover session and provide technical documentation.
Out of Scope:
• Integration with non-Microsoft third-party BI tools. • Custom connector development. • Ongoing maintenance or support beyond initial handover. Azure Services Used: Synapse, Fabric, Power BI, Data Factory.
Estimated Azure Consumption: $7K–$10K/year.
Price: Fixed fee of $7,200 (excluding taxes).
