We use tools like Azure Advisor and Microsoft Defender for Cloud to identify high-risk issues and performance gaps.

We then deliver a holistic assessment report that includes:

A prioritised list of remediation recommendations Architecture improvement opportunities A maturity benchmark and risk categorisation across 9 competency areas (DevOps, FinOps, Security, etc.) A clear implementation roadmap with indicative timelines
