Part 1: AI Envisioning and Focus Day

A 2-day workshop for identifying business cases and technology requirements.

Day 1:

A strategic advisory approach is used to identify and evaluate relevant AI use cases with various stakeholders.

Day 2:

A technical workshop is conducted to determine the most suitable Microsoft technology, whether it's Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI.

Key Activities:

• Best practice and stakeholder alignment
• Identification and prioritization of business cases
• Identification and creation of a use case and its initial features
• Understanding infrastructure, security requirements, and implementation considerations

Part 2: AI Prototype

Development sprint(s) to deliver an initial AI solution for your company.

Over the following two weeks, a Proof of Concept (PoC) is developed, ready for deployment in the next step.

Key Activities:

• Design / Advisory Engagement
• Deployment of a prototype for your business problem
• Recommendations for production rollout, considering security aspects
• Potential future AI use cases

Part 3: AI Roll-out

Dedicated development workstreams for the production deployment of high-quality AI solutions:

Key Activities:

• Scaling AI applications and maturity levels, tailored to your business requirements
• Integration into your existing IT landscape
• Includes the (further) development of your data and business applications
• Implementation of AI governance recommendations
• Change management and adoption
• Test strategy and performance monitoring
