A. Focus on infrastructure, configurations, integrations, and performance to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve application performance with a health check.
B. Vision Assessment and Definition: This process involves assessing the high-level OMS solution, current and future solution/architecture and objectives, deployment strategies, defining the high-level target solution, and creating strategy documents along with high-level functional and architectural blueprints.
C. Detailed Assessment of the "as is": The assessment will cover applications, custom development, CI/CD processes, databases, integrations, network topology, security measures, user management, non-functional requirements (NFRs), testing frameworks, and operations, culminating in the production of a detailed assessment document.
D. Plan the Modernization: Define detailed target solution and topology, outline dependencies, devise migration and cut-over plans, generate functional and technical architecture, and formulate a comprehensive project plan
