Week 2:

Analysis and design

• Analyse your IT cost structure
• Design and document your Cloud Vision strategy
• Draft your future cloud landscape
• Create a high-level adoption plan describing workloads that are suitable for migration to the cloud now.​

Playback

• Present summary and findings to your business leaders and stakeholders.
• Agree direction and next steps.
