Microsoft Azure Arc: 6-days Onboarding Accelerator

The Azure ARC Onboarding Accelerator allows the technology to be implemented on a defined set of machines, enabling the main functionalities to be deployed and the effectiveness of the solution to be verified.

Once the technology is implemented, it will be possible to expand the proposed solution to the entire fleet of machines through a separate project.

This proposal includes, in addition to the technological proposition, a training component delivered through workshop, which illustrates the various implemented components and their functioning.

This final step is essential to ensure the correct understanding of the infrastructural changes undertaken by the client, allowing them to manage the solution effectively.

The activity involves the implementation of Azure ARC technology for a defined set of client machines and the enabling of some specific functionalities of the platform.

Subsequently, the most suitable Azure Region for the client's context will be chosen, thus avoiding incompatibilities at the level of ARC platform functionalities.

The Project team will distribute the necessary Azure resources for the deployment of the solution within the agreed timeframes and modalities with the client.

Onboarding to Azure ARC will then be performed for 15 Windows machines or 13 Windows machines and 2 Linux machines, and a maximum of 1 Microsoft SQL server.

The necessary Azure Policies will be implemented for sending logs to the Cloud and managing updates via Azure Update Manager with the application of a single Maintenance Configuration.

A single Alert will be implemented to verify the correct functioning of the platform.

At the end of the project, a 4-hour Workshop on the implemented infrastructure will be delivered.
