Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Proof of concept (PoC) Package

This PoC package offers interested parties a test environment for AVD. The package contains the following components:

1. grounding: 1.1 A scoping call with the customer to sharpen mutual expectations. 1.2 A workshop with the relevant stakeholders on the customer side, in which a common understanding is developed. Elements here will be Azure basics, as well as the development of an Azure landing zone according to the Well Architected Framework.
2. establishment of the PoC: 2.1 Recording the framework parameters in our self-developed wizard-based Infrastructure as Code Framework 2.2 Deployment of the code thus created, whereby the complete PoC environment is provisioned fully automatically 2.3 Instruction in the use of the AVD environment & handover of the environment to the customer for the test phase
3. review & completion 3.1 Feedback on the PoC process 3.2 Derivation of a milestone plan, which is necessary for the success of live operation 3.3 Identification of further action alternatives in the context of a modern workspace 3.4 Dismantling the test environment 3.5 Final report
