Process Overview:

• Identify Applications & Dependencies: We begin by cataloging your organization’s applications, leveraging internal documentation and domain knowledge to gain a comprehensive view of your application estate.
• Expand to Evaluate the Current Environment: Using advanced toolsets, we expedite the collection of critical information from source data, facilitating informed modernization strategies aligned with your portfolio goals.
• Application Modernization Selection: With insights into your application landscape, we prioritize the initial 20% of applications for modernization, defining Azure PaaS-based design end states that position your organization for future success.
• Define and Execute Modernization Waves: Applications are grouped based on criteria like codebase, complexity, compliance, and dependencies to form modernization waves. We execute the first wave, seamlessly transitioning applications to Azure's modern environment.
