1. Perform Materiality Assessment Identify material topics using input from selected ESG stakeholders identified through stakeholder analysis and facilitated discussions/workshop.

2. Assess Current State ESG Reporting Processes Understand current state processes including responsibilities and applications in use to review against regulatory requirements, peers, and trends.

3. Define ESG Data Requirements Determine metrics and define data processing elements used to track and disclose ESG performance. 

4. Establish ESG Operating Model Enhance ESG governance structure and ensure efficiency in the reporting process by assigning clear roles and responsibilities.

5. Enable Trusted and Controlled ESG Data Identify risks associated to the ESG reporting process and define mitigating controls.

6. Identify Gaps & Make Continuous Improvements* Assess the current state versus the future design of the reporting process and internal controls to identify gaps. Draft and execute remediation plans to address the noted gaps.

*Phase 6 is not included in this offering. This would be a future phase of work to be discussed as your ESG program matures.
