YOUR APP MODERNISATION PROJECT IN FOUR PHASES:

PHASE 1: Assessment & Planning

We work closely with your team to assess the legacy application portfolio and identify candidate web applications for modernisation. During this phase, we gather high-level architectural requirements, explore relevant modernisation concepts in Azure, and review current application and platform security and governance. Finally, we assess potential solution architectures for the identified candidate application.

PHASE 2: Solution Design

In the design phase, we develop documentation and propose solution architecture based on the data gathered through assessment and planning activities. We provide documentation to outline the architecture, including Azure environments and resources, CI/CD strategy and monitoring.

PHASE 3: Implementation & Integration

In this phase, we will implement the solution based on the solution architecture design document. We will also assist in implementing any integration requirements for the solution.

PHASE 4: Validation, Sign-off and Handover

In the final phase, we validate the engagement to ensure the modernisation of your application functions as expected. We provide foundational training and support for your team so that you can confidently launch current and future workloads. We can also provide additional support if required.
