Assessment Phase - Architecture and Application Design

1. Conduct workshop on assessment of company AI readiness
2. Review on existing Azure environment, application on the possibility to adopt AI service
3. Review on existing AI related resources, including OpenAI service, Azure Machine Learning Studio, AI Hub etc.
4. Deploy and configure necessary AI related resources for PoC and trail
5. Industry use case sharing and solution sharing based on the specific client industry
6. Data assessment on existing data structure, schema, storage source and pipeline to ensure the data can be ready for integration

Data Assessment

1. Data Collection: Collect relevant data required for training and testing the GenAI service.
2. Data Analysis: Analyse the collected data to ensure it is suitable for training the GenAI service agent.
3. Data Cleaning: Clean and preprocess the data to remove any inconsistencies or errors.
4. Data Documentation: Document the data assessment process, including data sources, analysis methods, and cleaning procedures.

Workshop Phase - Documentation and Training

1. Provide documentation of the design, configuration and deployment of the OpenAI service and related services
2. Provide workshop, knowledge transfer session or training on how to use the deployed OpenAI service and related services
