Not able to get it work!

I have been trying to set this up but I have not been able to. I get this error all the time: "Failed to add ITSM connection due to bad request. Please ensure valid credentials"

Unable to test/verify this solution

This solution requires a full, paid version of ServiceNow, even for testing - you cannot use a ServiceNow Developer instance to explore or learn about this solution. Whilst this is a limitation from ServiceNow and not from Microsoft, this represents a very high barrier to entry and makes it almost impossible to assess the suitability of this solution.

Needs to be more stable

There still seem to be lots of times things that "just worked" previously, stop working. It may be that the product team are updating this component frequently, but we often see sad smileys or behaviour that is not consistent, e.g. one itsm connector offering Severity for action groups whilst another doesn't. Needs better stability + consistency. When it works, it's great.

Too litle features out of the box

It would be great to do more such as for Service Now which you can choose type of ticket i.e. incident, change or request.
