HQ Teams: Sales Leaders have the ability to review Business Unit level performance, plan statistics, individual District Manager and Territory manager bonuses and adjust earnings potential, and other key metrics to fine tune IC earnings all in once seamless interface.
Field Sales Teams: Individual sales reps get a detailed report of their compensation, and a comprehensive breakdown of product level earnings, and precise individual level sales and performance numbers that were used to calculate those earnings. Additionally, sales reps have the ability to use a GENAI based what-if calculator to simulate various earnings scenarios.
