• Assessment Planning (alignment & growth analysis): Elimination of calibration/validation digs as required by regulations and better targeting of tool technology to threats on your pipeline system. We will ingest all ILI pipe tallies uploaded by an operator into CIM performing alias classification of features, weld, and feature alignment for the entire run, and calculating growth based on various methods using all ILI pipe tallies.
• Integrity Compliance: Automated and industry best practice repair criteria shifting compliance from Prescriptive to Performance-based. Our integrity engineers will leverage both standard PHMSA CFR 192 or 195 conditions as well as industry best practice dig criteria conditions shared from all of our customers to perform an Integrity Compliance analysis. Each analysis will flag anomalies that have not been repaired for you to review and approve.
• Dig Management (dig selection & repair ingestion): Eliminate wasteful errors and costs with incorrect digs and reduce dig budget by 1% for every 1% of repair fraction improvement. Once the Integrity Compliance analysis has been approved and submitted, our team will create a Dig Plan using the CIM Smart Dig feature to assemble all dig sheets, field repair plans, etc. You will then be able to use our Manager Review to confirm and approve the Dig Plan before sending it to the field. Once Repair Plans come back from the field, OneBridge will ingest back into CIM.
