ccNTA is a cloud service that provides Network Traffic Analytics (NTA) for contact centers. By analyzing mirrored traffic from SBCs, WebRTC, media, web, and proxy servers, it delivers reliable NTA to help reduce the time it takes to find the root cause of application and network performance issues.

User Interface

The UI consists of two components:

• Online Network Dashboard
• t-console Windows App (available for Windows 11, Windows Server, or Azure Virtual Desktop)

With the online network dashboard, you can view and share NTA with your team from anywhere and on any device — a desktop, a phone, or a tablet — using a web browser. NTA includes IP metadata with Quality of Service (QoS), IP geolocation of top endpoints, SIP trunk analytics, and a dynamic firewall list (FireHOL).

The t-console Windows application provides reliable, round-the-clock NTA and IP metadata for all network endpoints — 24x7x365 — without the need for expensive storage. For ultimate depth of analysis, you can capture IP packets directly from mirrored traffic and forward them to Wireshark for deep packet inspection.

Setup Procedures

The procedure is simple and can be completed in minutes.:

1. Run our setup script on your application server. The script configures the server to mirror network traffic through a VXLAN tunnel to the Prilink ccNTA Cloud service, where it is analyzed to produce compact NTA.
2. Visit a unique URL provided by Prilink to view your online network dashboard.
3. Download and install the t-console Windows App to view NTA and IP metadata directly from your desktop.

Pricing

$275 / month / VM

When subscribing to ccNTA, a VM is provisioned within Prilink ccNTA cloud service to receive forwarded traffic from one or more application servers. Each VM can handle aggregated bandwidth up to 5Gbps, and will be deployed to a geographic region close to the application servers. If CC servers are spread out over distant cloud or physical locations, then multiple VMs will be needed to process traffic from each region.
