MDR for Microsoft 365 is a 24/7/365 service that has been developed for customers that have invested in Microsoft 365 E5 / E5 Security and who are looking for a MSSP to assist them in handling Security Incidents.
Our solution is directly integrated and synchronized with the customers environment, providing near-real-time status of ongoing investigations.
The following functionality is included in the service:
- Coverage of Microsoft Defender XDR and Entra ID
- 24/7/365 Monitoring of Security Incidents
- 24/7/365 Response to Security Incidents
- 24/7/365 Mitigation (Isolation of endpoints + disabling user accounts)
- 30 Minute SLA for Critical Security Incidents
- Dedicated Service Manager
- Custom Detection Rules
- Monthly Reporting
Minimum Requirements:
The customer must have Microsoft Defender for Endpoints Plan 2 installed on at least one endpoint.
The customer must have at least one Entra ID P2 license.
The customer must set up a Microsoft Sentinel Workspace and ingest Defender XDR alerts and Entra-ID Sign-In Logs.
Pricing:
The monthly price for the service consists of two elements:
1) A fixed price
2)A per-user price that is based on the amount of E5 licenses (+ any Defender for Servers P1/P2) licenses the customer has.
